Concept preview — real design is developed project-specific
The Problem
Turkish companies entering Ghana don't know which registration pathway to use, whether their contracts are enforceable, or what their legal exposure is. They search for lawyers who understand both systems — and rarely find them.
The Solution
A high-trust, content-rich landing page that demonstrates deep legal expertise in both Turkish and Ghanaian law. Process transparency, credential visibility, and clear fixed-fee packages remove every objection.
Core Features
Step-by-step Ghana company registration process guide
Fixed-fee legal packages (no surprise billing)
Lawyer credentials prominently displayed with bar registration
FAQ covering the 20 most common Turkey–Ghana legal questions
Contract review turnaround times stated upfront (e.g. 48h)
WhatsApp consultation booking — first call free
Bilingual (Turkish + English) throughout
Design Rationale
These decisions weren't made to look good — they were made because of real user behaviour in this corridor.
Credentials Before Copy
Legal buyers are the most skeptical audience there is. They evaluate the lawyer before they read the pitch. Bar registration number, law school, years of practice, and institutional affiliations are displayed in the hero — before any service description.
Process Transparency Reduces Anxiety
Turkish companies fear the unknown in Ghanaian legal processes. A visible, numbered process (Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3) with realistic timelines transforms the unknown into the expected. This is the single highest-converting element on legal landing pages.
Fixed Fees Signal Respect
Hourly billing creates anxiety. Turkish clients who have been burned by opaque billing respond extremely well to fixed-fee transparency. Each service has a clear price. No asterisks. No 'call us for a quote.' This removes the main psychological barrier to contacting a lawyer.
Mobile-First Form
The consultation booking form is designed for one-thumb completion on a phone. Three fields only: name, company, and WhatsApp number. No email, no 500-word message box. We can ask the details in the WhatsApp conversation. The goal is the first contact — nothing more.
