B2B Trade Sourcing
We find the Ghanaian buyer for your product.
Commission only — you pay when the deal closes. If it doesn't close, you don't pay.
7–12% Commission
when the deal closes
You're not paying commission for a name in an inbox. You're paying because we already know these buyers — and because we're in the room when the deal closes.
What's Included
What you get.
- ✓A shortlist of buyers who match your product — background-checked, not random
- ✓We vouch for you in the introduction — our relationship with them is already established
- ✓Negotiation handled by someone who knows how Ghanaian buyers actually think
- ✓We stay in the deal until cash moves — not until the email gets sent
- ✓Commission rate agreed in writing before we start — no surprises at close
- ✓If the deal does not close, you owe us nothing
Ghana operates on relationship capital, not transactional capital. A "buyer" found on a digital platform may not be a real buyer. A partner who accepts your advance payment may deprioritize your order when a larger local deal appears.
Without being on the ground, you can't see these risks in advance. We can. We run the background check before any introduction is made. You only meet buyers we are comfortable putting our name behind.

Sector Intelligence
Ghana's Priority Demand Sectors
Some of this intelligence doesn't come from public sources — it comes from direct conversations with buyers. Talk to us for the full picture on your sector.
Hospital Equipment
Ghana is building 111 new hospitals. Getting onto the GHS vendor list is difficult — a barrier for those who don't know the process, an opportunity for those who do. A Turkey-Ghana bilateral agreement facilitates trade in this sector. Active tenders exist. Turkish manufacturers are almost entirely absent.
Field Note
Once the GHS vendor barrier is cleared, it creates a sustainable channel — not a one-off sale, but a recurring supply relationship.
Solar Energy Systems
In Ghana, 'dumsor' power cuts are a chronic problem for commercial operators. Average loss per outage: $600–900. Real buyers are cold chain operators, factories, hospitals, and hotels — not households. Turkish solar manufacturers are absent from this market.
Field Note
Commercial solar purchases cover whole facilities. The first sale typically starts a referral chain.
Agricultural Processing Machinery
Ghana exports 70% of its cocoa raw. COCOBOD policy is pushing local processing — which means machinery demand. Palm oil and shea butter processing capacity is underdeveloped. Existing equipment comes from China and India, with a clear quality gap.
Field Note
COCOBOD has a direct procurement programme. Being a registered supplier enables accelerated approval.
Textile & Sewing Machinery
Ghana has tens of thousands of tailors, most working with 1990s Chinese machines. Tailor cooperatives are forming collective purchasing groups. Garment factories are turning to exports, creating referral chains.
Field Note
Cooperative purchases close through a single representative. The right rep = one contact point for many customers.
Water Treatment Systems
Institutional buyers are fragmented — no central tender. Municipalities, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities buy independently. Network advantage is critical. Turkish water treatment equipment is competitive in this market.
Field Note
After the first sale, the referral network grows fast. Institutional buyers know each other.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the commission rate?
Between 7–12% depending on deal size and sector. Agreed in writing before we start.
How many buyers will I meet?
Typically 3–5 verified buyers. Quality over quantity — you don't waste time in front of the wrong people.
What products do you work with?
Consumer goods, industrial systems (hospital equipment, solar, agricultural processing, textile machinery), construction materials. For mining and heavy construction equipment, we have a different service model.
When do I pay?
When the deal closes — when the payment transfer is confirmed. If it doesn't close, no payment.
